1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Rizwiz Enterprise ("Rizwiz Enterprise", "we") handles personal data collected through rizwizenterprises.online, by email, by phone and in person. It covers individual customers, and the employees, travellers, coordinators and approvers of businesses that send us travel requests.

When a company sends us details of its employees, the company is responsible for having told those employees that their data will be shared with us for travel purposes.

2. What we collect

• Traveller details: full name as on ID, date of birth, gender where an airline requires it, nationality, and passport or ID details for international trips.
• Contact details: email addresses and phone numbers of travellers, coordinators and approvers.
• Trip details: routes, dates, cabin, seat and meal preferences, and special assistance requests.
• Business details: company name, billing address, and any tax details you give us for invoicing.
• Payment records: amounts, dates and transaction references. Card details are entered on a licensed third-party payment provider's secure page and are not stored by us.
• Website data: device and usage information described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it

We use personal data to: prepare quotes; arrange, change and cancel bookings; pass information that airlines require; keep records of approvals and payments; answer questions and complaints; meet legal and tax obligations; and keep the website secure.

We do not sell personal data. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a request or form, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as keeping records required for tax and accounting. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000 are relevant frameworks.

5. Who we share it with

To arrange travel we must share traveller data with the airlines that run the flights and with the booking systems and agents used to reserve them. Airlines may pass data to border and security authorities at the destination.

We also use providers for payments, email, hosting and website analytics. The current list is in our Third-Party Services Disclosure. We share data with public authorities only where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

International trips require traveller data to be sent to airlines and authorities outside India. Some of our service providers may also store data outside India. We share only what the trip or service needs.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Other data, including copies of ID documents, is kept only for as long as the purpose it was collected for, and any legal obligation linked to it, requires.

8. Security

We limit access to traveller data to the people handling the request, use encrypted connections on this website, and ask customers to send ID documents only through the channel we specify. No system is entirely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will act as the law requires.

9. Your rights

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
