1. What you can ask for
Access to a summary of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where we no longer need it, withdrawal of consent, and nomination of a person to act for you. Some records, such as payment and tax records, must be kept for a period required by law.
2. Company travellers
If your employer arranged your travel, you can still make a request about your own data. We may tell your employer's nominated contact where the request affects an active booking.
3. What happens next
