1. Our independence
Rizwiz Enterprise is an independent travel agency. We are not an airline. We are not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any airline, and we do not speak for any airline.
2. We are not an airline helpline
Our contact details are for our own customers and their bookings made through us. We are not a customer service line for any airline. If you bought a ticket directly from an airline, contact that airline using the details on its own official website or your ticket.
3. How we access fares
We arrange bookings through third-party booking systems, and an agent checks fares and availability before we send a quote. This site does not claim any airline-industry accreditation.
4. Airline rules apply
Fares, schedules, baggage, changes, refunds and boarding are governed by the airline's conditions of carriage. We cannot override them or make exceptions on an airline's behalf.
5. Commissions and incentives
Our own service fee is always shown separately in your quote. If you want to know about any other payment connected with your booking, ask your agent.
6. Trademarks
We do not use airline names or logos to suggest any connection. Any airline names in your itinerary identify the carrier only.
