Booking and Ticketing Terms

Tickets are issued by the airline under its conditions of carriage. Check your itinerary as soon as it arrives.

Draft for legal review. This document has not yet been reviewed by a qualified legal professional.

1. Who issues the ticket

Tickets are issued under the airline's authority and its conditions of carriage, which form the contract between the traveller and the airline. Rizwiz Enterprise arranges the booking on your behalf.

2. Booking reference and ticket number

Your itinerary shows a booking reference and, once issued, a ticket number for each traveller. A booking that is only reserved is not a ticket; we will say clearly which status applies.

3. Names must match ID

The name on the ticket must match the traveller's passport or government ID. Airlines may refuse boarding if it does not. Corrections are limited and may cost money; see name corrections.

4. Check the itinerary promptly

Check names, dates, times, airports and baggage allowances as soon as you receive the itinerary, and report any error immediately. Errors reported late may be more costly or impossible to correct.

5. Sequence of use

Flight segments must usually be used in order. Missing one segment can cause the airline to cancel the remaining ones.

6. Check-in and boarding

Travellers must check in and reach the gate within the airline's deadlines. Online check-in, seat assignment and boarding passes are provided by the airline.

7. Schedule changes

Airlines can change flight times after ticketing. When we are told of a change to a booking made through us, we pass it to your nominated contact. Please also keep your contact details up to date with the airline where it allows.
