1. Current booking method
The flight search on rizwizenterprises.online is a demonstration. Fares shown are sample fares and no tickets are issued online. All bookings are currently arranged by an agent.
2. The travel request
A request should include traveller names exactly as on ID, dates of birth where needed, routes, dates and preferred times, cabin, baggage needs, contact details and the name of the person who approves the cost. Incomplete requests can be quoted, but the quote will say what is still missing.
3. The quote
The quote lists each option with the airline fare, taxes and charges, and our service fee as separate lines in INR, and summarises the fare conditions on changes, cancellations and baggage. It reflects availability at the time it was prepared.
4. Approval
We book only on written approval from the customer or the nominated approver. For company bookings, we keep the approver's name on file and ask you to tell us when it changes.
5. Payment and issue
After approval, the amount due is paid as described in our Payment Policy. Tickets are issued by the airline. If the fare is no longer available by the time payment is received, we send a revised quote before proceeding.
6. Confirmation
Once tickets are issued we send an itinerary with the booking reference to the nominated contact. Please check names, dates and times immediately and tell us about any error.
7. Travel documents
Passports, visas, transit permissions and health requirements are the traveller's responsibility. We may mention requirements we are aware of, but the traveller should confirm them with the relevant authorities.
